Based upon the ethos of NON VOBIS (Not For Ourselves), we strive to achieve our goals by attempting to include the school family(learners and parents), educators, administrators and the wider community in a caring, involved partnership ensuring that educators who are appointed are well qualified people of integrity, who display qualities of loyalty, dedication and commitment to the school and its learners.
Monitoring the standard of tuition from our educators and, in so doing, ensuring the highest possible standard of education for our learners, while facilitating and promoting professional development opportunities wherever possible. challenging our learners to reach their potential in all facets of school life; academically, culturally and in the sporting areas through a philosophy of self-motivation by monitoring them, encouraging them and rewarding those who achieve.
Developing the virtues of self-discipline, self-examination, humility and determination in each child by means of the various programmes, philosophies and expectations we have at Cambridge; fostering self-esteem, integrity and loyalty in each individual by respecting the rights of each other, tolerating each others’ differences, showing care and concern for each other and believing in the common goals.
